XtreemStore and BeeGFS Combine Scalability, Performance, and User-Friendliness for HPC, AI, and Big Data

GRAU DATA and the IT systems provider SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH (SVA) have expanded their partnership. The collaboration, which has been in place for several years and previously included GRAU DATA’s FileLock and Blocky products, was expanded in mid-July 2022 to include the new MetadataHub.

GRAU DATA is expanding its sales team and welcoming Adriana Grau on board. In her role as Strategic Account Manager, she is primarily responsible for launching and expanding the new metadata mining software “Metadata-Hub,” which will be unveiled to the general public for the first time on February 17 and 18, 2022, at the Big Data Event (www.big-data-minds.eu) in Berlin.

With its Metadata Hub, GRAU DATA is introducing a new solution for extracting and capturing metadata. This enables companies to thoroughly search and analyze their unstructured data, integrate it into big data projects, and leverage the potential of large volumes of unstructured data in a sustainable and long-term manner.

Long-standing partners GRAU DATA and COMBACK are expanding their partnership to include a new product category and a broader customer base. Effective immediately, COMBACK is the exclusive distribution partner for GRAU DATA’s new XtreemStore.

WORM appliances running GRAU DATA’s FileLock archiving software are now equipped with an even more powerful storage solution. With the upgrade of all three appliance models, Dell EMC NX3240 NAS systems running Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2016 and the Dell OpenManage™ Management Console are now in use.
